Frictionless Foam Wash HD is a highly concentrated, strong alkaline frictionless foam cleaner with extraordinary cleaning and clinging capacity, that will remove even the most stubborn soiling. The product is recommended for cleaning cars, trucks, trailers and under bodies, earthmoving gear, agricultural equipment, etc. Suitable for stubborn grease, grime, and dirt.

Applications

METHOD OF USE:

Using a foam cannon, apply a thin layer of foam over dry vehicle and allow to sit for 1miute. Use a 3% mix for a foam injector and use at a 1:4 ratio when using a foam cannon. This is a guide and is dependent on the severity of the soiling, as well as the type of equipment being used.

Using a high-pressure machine begin cleaning from the bottom up, moving into fresh soap while you work. Rinse off excess soap from top to bottom once clean.

Do not use in direct sunlight and don’t let the product dry completely, should this happen re-foam to reactivate the soap.

The product is safe on all paints, stainless steel, and chrome.

Do not use on mirror polished aluminium as it may leave white streaks.

No pre-wash required – apply directly onto dirty truck – a huge water saving!

Apply Foam – extremely efficient and fast – saving labour costs and dramatically increasing throughput.

Rinse – using a high-pressure machine – Frictionless Foam Wash requires no contact, no brushing and mopping. Brushing and mopping cause damage to the paint work as the dirt is dragged along the paintwork as the operator wrestles with trying to lift the dirt. With Frictionless Foam Wash the dirt simply falls off the vehicle.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

Eyes

Remove contact lenses. Flush with water or saline for 15min.

Skin

Wash with soap and water. Gloves are recommended.

In its concentrated form the product is highly alkaline and can be harmful to aquatic life, and therefore caution should be taken when utilized near waterways.
