METHOD 

• It is always advisable to take soil samples to determine soil type, degree of contamination and depth of contamination
• Once the TPH has been determined, additional soil samples dosed with MX-80 at various ratios to be tested at various intervals - 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks will indicate the optimum time/cost method
• As a rule of thumb, the area should be saturated with a 50/50 ratio can be used as a guide for contaminations lower than 25000ppm.  This should achieve sub 1000ppm results in less than 2 weeks.  For faster results, a higher dosage rate can be used
• Shake or mix the MX-80 especially when the product has been in storage for long periods or when temperatures drop below 5' Celsius
• MX-80 can be sprayed, poured, or injected depending on depth of the contaminant and soil type
• Ensure correct PPE is used at all times
• Where correct PPE is used at all times
• Where the contaminant is on or near the surface, the soil can be sprayed at the desired rate, raked, turned manually or mechanically, and sprayed again
• Allow 24 hours to react and then lightly water to assist with the silicates freedom of movement in making contact with the pollutant
• Repeat the process after 24 hours
• Regular sampling as per lab analysis will ensure targets are being achieved
• A treatment of "Cyber-bac" bacteria is recommended for pockets of contaminant that may occur underground and are inaccessible for contact with MX-80

METHOD OF USE

• MX-60 can be applied by hand, or with foaming/high pressure equipment
• MX-60 can be diluted 20-50mls per litre (2-5 %) preferably with water (ideally 50ºC) depending on the severity of soil to be removed
• For Heavy duty degreasing: Dilute1:1 to 1:3
• Apply to soiling
• Allow time for the product to penetrate oil or dirt
• Agitate with a hard brush/broom if possible
• Ideally rinse with high pressure
• Use warm water to increase product efficacy

METHOD OF USE

• Depending on application, dilute 1 part MX-40 with up to 100 parts water
• Stronger concentrations should be used for more heavy duty cleaning
• MX-40 may also be used in industrial pressure washing units at a dilution rate of 1 to 2 parts in 100 parts water as well as in industrial floor scrubbing machines

METHOD OF USE

• Using a trigger sprayer, spray a small amount of MILDEX on mildew stains
• Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes
• After stain is gone, wipe off excess MILDEX with a clean damp cloth
• When spraying IN small enclosed areas, temporary chemical odour may be slightly objectionable

• Ideal for cleaning refrigerated shipping containers, cleaning truck bodies, storage tanks, urinals etc

METHOD OF USE

• For aluminium and stainless steel trucks and trailers: Use a solution of one part product diluted with 20 to 30 parts water. Working in hot, direct sun may cause streaking, therefore it is essential to wet down sides of trailer with water to cool surface before application of cleaning solution. Always use a plastic or stainless steel sprayer or bucket. Apply by spraying or with a soft acid resistant brush. Pressure washers may be used provided they are acid resistant. Always clean from the bottom up to avoid streaking. Allow solution to stay on surface for 5 minutes then flush thoroughly with water. NB. Do not allow solution to dry on cleaning surface.
• For stainless steel equipment: Dilute one part product up to 20 parts water to remove rust spots and other marks from stainless steel tanks, urinals etc.

METHOD OF USE

• Apply a small amount of soap to the hands
• Add a small amount of water and rub palms together to create a lather
• Wash hands for 20 seconds before rinsing thoroughly with clean water
