SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

MX70 will etch glass.

In its concentrated form the product is highly alkaline and can be harmful to aquatic life, and therefore caution should be taken when utilized near waterways.

If used as recommended, the contamination that MX70 is used to treat being acidic in nature, will counter the high alkalinity, thereby mitigating the risk that MX70 may pose. However, care must be taken to prevent any spills during the storage and transportation phase.

If a spill should occur, immediately consult a registered waste management company and dispose of according to municipal by laws.

MX-60 Degreaser

MX-60 is a water soluble, powerful, fast acting quick break degreaser that is especially designed to lift oil, grease and other hydro carbon soils, and then release the oil again so it can be more efficiently separated in an oil separation tank.

METHOD OF USE

MX-60 can be applied by hand, or with foaming/high pressure equipment
MX-60 can be diluted 20-50mls per litre (2-5 %) preferably with water (ideally 50ºC) depending on the severity of soil to be removed
For Heavy duty degreasing: Dilute1:1 to 1:3
Apply to soiling
Allow time for the product to penetrate oil or dirt
Agitate with a hard brush/broom if possible
Ideally rinse with high pressure
Use warm water to increase product efficacy

Stronger concentrations should be used for more heavy duty cleaning

Removes mildew and fungus stains from bathroom tiles, showers, locker room walls, shower curtains, floor mats, and painted surfaces
Brightens grouting without scrubbing or brushing

METHOD OF USE

Using a trigger sprayer, spray a small amount of MILDEX on mildew stains
Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes
After stain is gone, wipe off excess MILDEX with a clean damp cloth
When spraying IN small enclosed areas, temporary chemical odour may be slightly objectionable

METHOD OF USE

For aluminium and stainless steel trucks and trailers: Use a solution of one part product diluted with 20 to 30 parts water. Working in hot, direct sun may cause streaking, therefore it is essential to wet down sides of trailer with water to cool surface before application of cleaning solution. Always use a plastic or stainless steel sprayer or bucket. Apply by spraying or with a soft acid resistant brush. Pressure washers may be used provided they are acid resistant. Always clean from the bottom up to avoid streaking. Allow solution to stay on surface for 5 minutes then flush thoroughly with water. NB. Do not allow solution to dry on cleaning surface.
For stainless steel equipment: Dilute one part product up to 20 parts water to remove rust spots and other marks from stainless steel tanks, urinals etc.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Ingestion	Do not induce vomiting. If conscious give give 3 or 4 glasses of milk or mild solution of bicarbonate of soda. Get medical attention
