METHOD OF USE

Self-rinsing method

• Clean air conditioning cooling coils by diluting RECOIL NON-RINSE with up to five parts water
• Using a pump-up sprayer, spray directly onto the coil, making certain that the product penetrates to all areas
• Allow chemical to remain for at least 30 minutes on the evaporator coil before switching on
• Turn unit on and normal cycling will create condensation on cooling coils allowing product to self-rinse dissolved solids into condensate pan

Spray on – rinse off method

• Dilute 1 part product with up to 4 parts water
• Apply to coils, fans or other soiled areas
• After five minutes, rinse away loosened soil with water and allow to dry

Other

• Does not require rinsing  
• Extremely dirty coils may require an initial cleaning with a more aggressive cleaner followed by regular applications of RECOIL NON-RINSE
• Spray diluted product on clean filters when used as an adhesive

METHOD OF USE

• Dilute 1:4 with water
• Spray solution on aluminium fins or evaporator.
• Allow to dry thoroughly before applying any corrosion coating.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Aluminium will not be affected in any way if left in contact for too long, Recoil Final Rinse has excellent rinsing properties and will allow the unit to dry free of any residual chemistry or salt deposits that may have otherwise been left in the cleaning process.

METHOD OF USE

• Dilute 1 litre of RECOIL ECO with up to 2 litres of water
• Spray solution on aluminium fins or evaporator
• Leave for not more than 5 minutes
• Rinse off thoroughly with water pressure

GENERAL INFORMATION

Aluminium will not be affected if left in contact for too long, however it is always best practice to thoroughly rinse off product after cleaning.
Recoil Eco has excellent rinsing properties; however, the coils must be thoroughly rinsed to ensure no chemical residual is left behind.
Low silicate level as compared to conventional silicate-based cleaners.

• Add RECOIL to water – do not add water to RECOIL
• Use a plastic or stainless steel sprayer
• Spray solution on aluminium fins or evaporator
• Leave for not more than 5 minutes
• Rinse off thoroughly with water pressure

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Also an effective stove, flat griller and oven cleaner, and will clean stainless steel overhead cooker extractor hoods and filters. (Use warm/hot water when applying to these applications). Dilute 1 : 5 parts with the hot/warm water. Rinse well with water.
Can be used at a dilution of 1 part product to 20 parts water in a high pressure steam cleaner. Will not clog or damage plastic feeder pipes.

• All surfaces to be coated should be free of moisture, oil and grease
• Clean surfaces with an alkaline degreaser (Recoil or Recoil Eco) or equivalent which will leave no residue, to give the best results
• When using an airline sprayer, hold nozzle approx. 20 to 30 cm from surface to be sprayed
• While spraying move nozzle back and forth quickly to deposit an even finish. May also be applied with a paint brush
• Leave to dry for at least 30 minutes
• Coverage: 5 – 10 sq m per Litre

PROTECTOL. Before applying the product, make sure that the surfaces being applied to are free of grease, oil & soil. Clean surfaces with an alkaline degreaser (Recoil or Recoil Eco) or equivalent which will leave no residue, to give the best results. The manufacturer will not be held responsible, if this degreasing practice is not adhered to.

USES:

Cyberchem’s PROGUARD is a corrosion protection coating that can be applied directly to a metal base and does not require a primer. PROGUARD can be applied directly to the Aircon coil (see method statement for detail).

METHOD OF USE:

• Apply first light full cover coat, allow to flash off for 15-20min@20°C. 
• PROGUARD Malachite Blue for coils will go from milky blue to translucent once flash off is complete, solid colours, wait till no longer wet, but still tacky before next coat.

METHOD OF USE

• Slowly add Oxy Clean to each drain opening with those located closest to the grease trap and working upstream
• 3 – 5 litres per drain opening may be required to completely remove existing buildups

METHOD 

• It is always advisable to take soil samples to determine soil type, degree of contamination and depth of contamination
• Once the TPH has been determined, additional soil samples dosed with MX-80 at various ratios to be tested at various intervals - 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks will indicate the optimum time/cost method
• As a rule of thumb, the area should be saturated with a 50/50 ratio can be used as a guide for contaminations lower than 25000ppm.  This should achieve sub 1000ppm results in less than 2 weeks.  For faster results, a higher dosage rate can be used
• Shake or mix the MX-80 especially when the product has been in storage for long periods or when temperatures drop below 5' Celsius
• MX-80 can be sprayed, poured, or injected depending on depth of the contaminant and soil type
• Ensure correct PPE is used at all times
• Where correct PPE is used at all times
• Where the contaminant is on or near the surface, the soil can be sprayed at the desired rate, raked, turned manually or mechanically, and sprayed again
• Allow 24 hours to react and then lightly water to assist with the silicates freedom of movement in making contact with the pollutant
• Repeat the process after 24 hours
• Regular sampling as per lab analysis will ensure targets are being achieved
• A treatment of "Cyber-bac" bacteria is recommended for pockets of contaminant that may occur underground and are inaccessible for contact with MX-80
